Amazon Quick has expanded its integration ecosystem by adding 16 new connectors spanning design, analytics, financial intelligence, commerce, and communication tools. The new connectors include Adobe, Cisco Video Messaging, Cisco Webex Meetings, Dun & Bradstreet, Figma, Google Chat, HG Insights, Microsoft OneNote, Moody's, Shopify, Smartsheet, Snowflake, Visier, WhatsApp, Zapier, and ZoomInfo. Teams can immediately incorporate these integrations into Quick Flows, Chat, and Spaces, enabling multi-tool workflows within a single conversational interface.

How It Works

  • Connector-based integration model: Each new tool is connected to Quick via a secure, authenticated connector that enables Quick to read data, trigger workflows, and update records in the external service—turning Quick into an active participant rather than a passive observer.

  • Pricing model: Amazon Quick offers a free trial; beyond that, pricing follows Quick's standard subscription tiers (details on the Quick pricing page). Integration connectors are included as part of the Quick workspace rather than priced individually.
  • Setup requirement: Users must authenticate and authorize each connector within their Quick workspace; connections are secured via standard OAuth or credential-based authentication depending on the tool.
  • Limitation — Zapier dependency: Coverage of tools beyond the 16 native connectors via Zapier depends on the user's Zapier plan and the availability of the relevant Zap within Zapier's ecosystem.
  • Limitation — Regional feature parity: Regions marked as "QuickSight only" in AWS documentation may not support the full Quick AI assistant feature set, including Flows, Chat, and Spaces where these integrations are surfaced.
